Internet Banking eStatements


eStatements are the fastest way to receive your statements, and are perfect for customers who prefer to view their statement electronically.  We'll send you an email each month, notifying you when your statement is available online.  You can retrieve your statements from up to three different email addresses.  

Why would I want to receive eStatements?
eStatements arrive sooner than paper statements, lessen the amount of mail you receive and may reduce the risk of identity theft.

Is there a charge to receive eStatements?
No, it’s another FREE service from Premier Bank.

How do I receive my eStatements?
You'll receive an email when your statement is available.  You'll click on the link provided in the email to go to the secure eStatements web site.  The confirmation email you receive after signing up will provide your Username and Password to enter the web site.

Can I receive eStatements as well as a paper statement?
Yes. You may choose to receive eStatements and paper statements for a $2.00 monthly fee. 

When will my eStatements be available?
Your eStatements will be available by 3 p.m. Central Time the business day following your regular statement cycle. Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays. Statement information is available for 90 days.

Where can I store my eStatements?
You can store your statements on your computer, to a disk or CD. Helpful Hint: For added protection, you may want to Password Protect your statements. Secure off-site storage is available at an additional charge.

How do I sign up for eStatements?
It’s easy. Just call or stop by any of our banking centers to sign up.  All we need to sign you up is the email address you would like to use. 

Do I need additional software to receive and view my eStatements?
No. You just need a computer, Internet connection, Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 3.0 or newer and an email address. 

If you don’t have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it’s available FREE. You can obtain a free download from Adobe click here.

Can I get my eStatements emailed to me instead?
No. Email is not secure and we want to insure your statement is protected.

If I don't receive or I delete my email notification, can I still receive my eStatements?
Yes, simply click here to retrieve your previous statements. 


Are eStatements safe and secure?
Yes. eStatements offer secure transmission of information through the Internet. Your statements are stored behind firewalls and is transmitted to your Internet browser using 128-bit encryption. They can only be accessed with a Password you setup and know exclusively.

What should I use for my Password?
Initially, you will be given a random Password to use to access the secure eStatements web site. You will be asked to change it immediately. Use any combination of letters and numbers (no more than 20, no less than 8). Keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive.

Does each recipient have to use the same password?
No. You’ll assign a password for your checking or savings account. Each user will log in the first time using the password you are assigned.  After that first log in, each user may change their password to something unique.

What if I want to cancel my eStatements?
You can switch back to paper statements at any time.  Just call or stop by any of our Banking Centers to cancel your eStatements.

Can my eStatements be exported to other programs?
Yes, Premier Bank eStatements are sent in a PDF and comma-delimted (x.csv) format.  The comma-delimted file can be imported into excel and other software which supports this format.
 
What if my email address changes?
To change your email address click here or simply notify the bank.

A valid email address is a condition of participation in the program. Written consent is required from an account owner to stop receiving this information in the mail. Certain accounts may not be eligible.
